GENTLE YOGA is my calling. I teach to older students who are intimated by Yoga and anyone who wants to slow down and savor the poses. The pace of my class is meditative, deliberate and mindful. For the injured, this is a pace that keeps them coming back. For the younger ones, it relieves anxiety and calms the mind. I write and guide YOGA NIDRA sessions monthly at different studios. I’ve been practicing for 10 years and teaching for 8 years and my own practice is Ashtanga Yoga. I’m always the student.
Gentle Yoga: Monday 4:30-5:45, Tuesday 10am-11:15am, Friday 11-12:15pm
Intermediate Yoga: Thursday 4:30-5:30
